INSTRUCTIONS

Unzip and go to SLPHPBackend\SLPHPBackend\Bin\Debug\DataService
Use phpMyAdmin or similar to import slphpbackend.sql
Change the settings in SLPHPBackend\SLPHPBackend\Bin\Debug\DataService\Connections\Connection.php to match your database
Upload everything in Debug directory to a server and change the BaseUrl variable in Page.xaml.cs to match the online destination
